Initial and ongoing GPP training is a requirement of the MMPR. NHP Consulting has trainers readily available to assist licensed producers with the initial and continuing education of its employees.
Employee training is a foundational component to the success of any company. GPP training of all employees is a requirement of the MMPR and which will be monitored by Health Canada. Training is required before any employee initiates work in a regulated environment. Training is a long-term commitment intended to remind employees of the regulated procedures put in place. Training also decreases the chance of a critical error occurring that could result in a product recall. Training can also be used to standardize growing techniques to optimize yields and standardized the content of active ingredients. We suggest initial training, bi-yearly “reminder” training and training on any new SOP. NHP consulting can help with the initial and on-going training of all staff.
Part of the training package that NHP consulting can offer is a slide presentation based on the quality procedures. This slide presentation will allow employees to stay engaged during training, and can also be used as documented evidence of GPP training to a Health Canada auditor. We will provide a qualified trainer to sign all training records and keep their credentials on file for an HC audit.
NHP Consulting can provide a GPP training program to satisfy Health Canada requirements.
