With just under a month to go before the new SFCR (Safe Food for Canadians Regulations) come into force, our clients in the food industry are active with excitement (and questions!) about the new regulations. Note that not all food businesses need a license by January 15, 2019, despite this being the coming into force date for the SFCR.
